The bathroom sink being located next to the bed instead of inside the bathroom is a bit inconvenient.

The staff at The Marmara were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Nezavat Acun. He always had a cheerful attitude and went above and beyond to help us navigate Istanbul and find the best places to visit. The location of the hotel near the metro station and Cevahir mall was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Turkey. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff, from the most unprofessional receptionist to the bell staff and room service, have very strong work ethics and take service seriously. They were always available and helpful. The sitting area was very comfortable and the soundproofed rooms meant a good night's sleep. we recommend this hotel to friends for its perfect location in a quiet area, 24-hour room service, and staff that were always available and helpful. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a great facility, and the paid shuttle service provided added convenience.

It was close to the metro station, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. Lastly, we have to mention the staff.
