The staff is friendly and helpful, suggesting great places to visit and providing assistance whenever needed.

The bathroom sink being located next to the bed instead of inside the bathroom is a bit inconvenient.

The staff at The Marmara were helpful and friendly, especially Mr Nezavat Acun. He always had a cheerful attitude and were great too help us navigate Istanbul and find the best places to visit. The location of the hotel near the metro station and Cevahir mall was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Turkey. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this venue and found it to be in a very quiet area with excellent room service. The staff, from the most unprofessional receptionist to the bell staff and room service, have very strong work ethics and take service seriously. They were always available and helpful. The sitting area was very comfortable and the soundproofed rooms meant a good night's sleep. we recommend this hotel to friends for its perfect location in a quiet area, 24-hour room service, and staff that were always available and helpful. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a great facility, and the paid shuttle service provided added convenience.

This hotel was so great in many ways. The first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were super clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Another great aspect was the hotel facilities with a bar and free Wi-Fi. the hotel's location near public transport was a huge advantage. It was close to the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. Lastly, we have to mention the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had.

Close to a huge shopping mall and easily accessible to Taksim area. Clean facility, friendly staff, and good wifi.
